Spa Environment: For consideration of all clients, please silence all cellular phones before entering the spa. Thank you in advance for speaking softly while within the spa. Children are not welcome at this time.
Your Comfort: This is your time and you should enjoy your experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or volume of music, just tell us. If you feel you would be more comfortable served by another team member, please let us know. Please feel free to share with us how we can better serve you.
Service and Satisfaction: In the event that you are not satisfied during your service, we ask you to please tell us during your service. We would like every opportunity during the service to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as a client.
Cancellation Policy: In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We do understand that unavoidable situations do occur, we will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency. However, if last-minute cancellations become habit, you will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointments. Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel any single scheduled service and 48 hours notice for multiple scheduled services. A 50% cancellation charge will be applied in the absence of adequate notice. A missed appointment will be charged 100% of service scheduled. We greatly appreciate your business and compliance with our policies.
Late Policy: You need to know that if you are going to be late for your appointment and the remaining time is not sufficient to complete your service, we will timely reschedule your appointment after a percent of the service charge has been deducted. If you do not appear within a period, it will be considered that you failed to show up, and you will be charged a percent of the service fee.
Pricing: All prices are based on starting prices only. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on spa appointments, but if you call beforehand to cancel, we will reschedule for you based on your convenience and use your previous payment for the new appointment. However, if you do not call to cancel or reschedule within a period, you will lose any payment you've already made.
